Vector based graphics are ideal. These are files created in Illustrator, CorelDraw, or the freely available Inkscape.
Vector graphics are desired because they are infinitely scalable with no loss of image quality.
Be sure to convert all text to outlines and close all paths before sending us the file.
Acceptable vector file types in order of preference; EPS, AI, CDR and SVG.
When saving in Illustrator please choose "Illustrator 8" as the version.

Raster graphics (i.e. JPEG, PNG, TIFF and GIF formats) degrade significantly when resized.
They are not preferred and will most likely incur an art charge because they will have to be redrawn as vectors.
If all you have are raster graphics, please provide us with the largest and highest resoulution image possible.

All embriodered artwork will be charged a digitization fee with the exception of numbers and letters.

Please include the names of any fonts you wish to be used in your artwork (or better yet, the actual font file).
